Cores (old compressors) become our raw material and are essential to our ongoing business. We request that cores are returned as soon as possible but must be returned within 30 days to receive full credit.
 
Customers are required to make a core deposit at the time of order. The deposit is refunded when the core is returned to us within 30 days from the date your order is received. We pay the shipping cost of returning the core to us. When the core is returned within 30 days, credit will be issued to the same credit card / PayPal used for the purchase or a company check will be mailed to the address to which the purchased product was shipped. No refunds will be processed for the cores returned after 30 days.
 
Your core should be enclosed along with a copy of your invoice in the box from the product you received from us. The original packing materials should be reused to prevent damage to the core during shipment. We provide a prepaid return UPS shipping label with all of our products. The UPS return shipping label should be adhered to the outside of the box. The box can then be returned via any UPS drop box, UPS Store or authorized UPS location convenient to you.
 

Core Credit Requirements

 

To receive full credit:

• Compressor cores must be assembled and in rebuildable condition.
• Compressor cores must be complete without missing or broken parts.
• Compressor cores must be exactly the same as the replacement product purchased.
• Compressor cores must be returned in the box from the replacement product and packaged to avoid shipping damage.
• Compressor cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

The following examples are not eligible for full credit:

• Compressor cores with cracked castings.
• Compressor cores that are frozen or will not turn.
• Compressor cores that are water damaged.
• Compressor cores with broken or missing parts.
